• Priority Support

3.2 Service Delivery

Sessions will be conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule, but sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront to secure your place in the program
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• We use secure payment processors to handle all transactions
• Payment plans may be available upon request and subject to approval

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

• You must request a refund within 14 days of your first strategy session
• You must have attended at least one strategy session
• You must provide detailed feedback about why the program didn't meet your expectations
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

All materials provided as part of the program are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws:

• Program materials are for your personal use only
• You may not share, resell, or distribute any materials
• Recording of sessions is not permitted without written consent
• All methodologies and frameworks remain our property

8. Your Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Complete assigned tasks between sessions

• Respect the intellectual property rights of the program

9. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• 48 hours notice required for session rescheduling
• Maximum of 2 reschedules per session
• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited
• Program must be completed within 6 months

While we strive to provide valuable guidance:

• We cannot guarantee specific business results
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the program
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• You remain responsible for your business decisions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You breach these terms
• You engage in unprofessional conduct
• You miss multiple sessions without notice
• You share or distribute program materials

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
