I’m a serial founder & entrepreneur who has successfully built and sold numerous businesses from ground zero. No financial backing, no investors, just the drive, determination and now the experience, to put the right steps in the right order.

Building companies is hard. Really hard.

 

Those sleepless nights, the seeming never ending competing priorities.

One minute you can’t imagine doing anything else and everything you do just works. The next minute you don’t know which way to turn and the voice of doubt creeps in.

That’s when those 3am thoughts come in as you try and work through alone ‘the what next’.

If you’re reading this, then I have no doubt that as a founder you can relate, it’s almost a sense of relief that someone else has experienced the same.

It’s why after selling my last company, I decided to take that knowledge and share with founders to help them make a success of their journey. The greatest kick I get now is seeing how I can support founders with fast tracking their success, helping them building profitable services, first class management teams and scalable operating systems. In part doing so quicker than I did, by avoiding some of the mistakes I made first time around.

By working with me, I’ll share every step of the journey that has seen me personally build businesses from scratch to exiting for multi-millions of dollars.

I’ll teach you the systems, processes, the scaling of clients, financial management, who to hire and when, plus how to build inbound sales that allow you as a founder to have more time to work ‘on’ the business, rather than ‘in’ the business. I’ll help stop that constantly hopping between competing priorities.

Over the past few years I haven’t just built (and sold) my own highly successful companies, I’ve helped many other founders do the same.

Will we be a good fit?

 

I can only work with the most ambitious of founders who are serious about scaling their business.

Whilst I have invested and advised start ups, the products and advisory I offer is aimed at those business that are now established, but struggling to scale to the next stage.

The inperson masterclasses are designed, hosted and presented by me, at my home. However 1:2:1 monthly advisory I have a natural bandwidth, as a result, there's a limit to how many founders I can work with and still do a good job.

I love business growth. I love finding opportunities and capitalising on them. So I'm looking to work with founders that share that ambition.

In order for me to help you must:

  • Be truly ambitious, committed and willing to roll your sleeves up. This has to come from you.

  • Own your own company or be at least a 50% shareholder.

  • Have a business that turns over a minimum of $300,000 per year.

  • Have been trading for at least 2 years.
